Our meetings start off with someone taking notes on order of arrival, then a brainstorming session then, everyone gives a 6 minute or so update on anything (suggestions here http://alphaonelabs.com/wiki/index.php/Update_guideline). Afterwards we work on projects or go out for a bite to eat.
